FAQ
We are at 72 Sydenham Road, Norwood in South Australia.
Swimwear is generally non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons. However, we are happy to exchange your size as long as you try your swimwear without removing the protection stickers and tags. Please try your swimwear while wearing your underwear.
SWIMMABLE pants are designed to help contain faecal leaks rather than serving as absorbent pads for urine or menstrual flow. While they do not have an absorbent core, SWIMMABLE provides a leak-free experience for minor leaks without adding bulk.

For SWIMMABLE return policies, the eligibility criteria for returns include faulty/incorrect items, such as sizes or colours. You must keep items unworn, unwashed, with original tags and the protective hygiene liner intact. You must also try on swimwear over undergarments, and returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns are usually for exchanges, credits or refunds depending on the case. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and must adhere to the stockists’ specific returns process.
Key Conditions for Returns • Wear & Condition: The swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition it was received. • Tags & Liners: All original tags, swing tags, and the protective hygiene liner must be attached. • Trying On: Always try on swimwear over your own underwear to avoid stains and odours. • Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging where possible.
Process & Costs • Return Registration: Email to hello@co-art.com.au to initiate a return. • Shipping: You are typically responsible for the cost of return shipping, and it's recommended to use a tracked and insured service. • Inspection: We will inspect the returned item before processing your refund or exchange. What to Expect • Refunds: Refunds are usually processed to your original payment method, though it may take several business days to appear in your account. • Exchanges: For exchanges, you need to place a new order. • Store Credit: We may issue store credit instead of a refund, especially if you chose an item of lesser value for an exchange.
When Returns May Be Denied • Hygiene Strip Removed: If the protective hygiene strip has been removed, the return may be denied. • Obvious Signs of Wear: Any signs of wear, washing, staining, or odours will result in the return being sent back to the customer. • Missing Items: Missing tags or packaging can also lead to a denied return. • Time Limit: Failing to return the item within the specified timeframe can also result in a denied return.
We provide materials for trial sessions. After that, you are encouraged to choose your favourite materials to continue building your art.
We can assist you in developing skills and knowledge to plan for applying to exhibitions and other artistic collaborations. We will also introduce you to our networks to share your artwork by providing exhibition opportunities.
